not way over in a bucket seat

Poor Nathan. We had a repeat of last night's dinner tonight. I had difficulty with the cheese last night, but I rocked it tonight. I don't think he had any complaints.

I'm starting to realize that I go back to work next week. I am excited, but nervous. I have nothing to wear!

I have officially decided to do a Scale-Free February. And I'm working on some cool graphic for anyone who wants to join me.

Thanks everyone for all the nice comments. I am still mildly frustrated, but that's got a fire under my butt, so that's okay.

Almost time to go to the gym! I love working out to Biggest Loser. There's gonna be drama tonight...the ads make it look like Jillian cries! It's gonna be a good one!

good luck being scale-free! I think it will help you pay closer attention to other changes in yourself that are not always noticeable by the scale.

Sorry the scale didn't move; I think sometimes the body likes a certain weight (I know I have a hard time over the years moving below 182 or 173 . . .weird).

I went scale free a few months ago too...it won't be forever but I think it's good for me right now. My pants tell me all I need to know! haha

Your meals seriously look like they kick butt!! Yummy! And even though you have plateau'd... look at all of the hard work that you've put into the gym! You're doing great!!

Good luck being scale free, thats a tough one for me. That would be like giving up diet pepsi - and uhhh, that's not going to happen. :) Can you imagine the feeing though when March hits to step on and see great results!!??!

If you look at the big picture, you're doing great! Going to the gym to deal with you're frustration is an awesome NSV!! I, too, think maybe you're not eating enough. Especially with all of the exercise you've been doing you're body may need more fuel! I've put away the scale because dealing with those numbers had become overwhelming and became an internal dialogue I don't need right now. Keep it up - the results will follow!!

That looked delicious! I'm also at odds with my scale. Have been thinking that maybe it needs a new battery!

before i do a scale free month, i have to make myself only weigh in once a week....but i think it's awesome if you can pull it off!

You know we are going to HOLD you to the NO scale thing right? We won't let you get near it- Do you have one in you house? If so let Nathan HIDE it so you will not be tempted! ;) I think it's a great idea and would follow suite but I paid $100.00 to have WW weigh me weekly so I guess I better use it! ;) I think you need to offer cooking classes to those of us (HMM ME) that are cooking challenged! Your food always looks so AMAZING!

You are doing so great with the gym thing! Have you thought about measuring yourself instead of weighing for a while? I used to work out at Curves and was really diligent about it. I lost quite a few inches in a month's time but only 3 pounds. Sometimes the scale is the last one to clue in.
